AITenders, security questionnaires, inbox

Software for professionals who have more work than time.

The AI writes your answers — tenders, security questionnaires, incoming email — and shows where each one comes from: your documents, your own exchanges. Your experts focus only on what calls for their judgement. You free up time.

Adjurio’s AI works through a 112-question security questionnaire and drafts every answer with its sources. Your experts validate what needs validating. Adjurio’s AI draws on your already-won submissions to draft every section of the tender, with its sources. Your experts validate what needs validating. SmartEmails’ AI sorts every email as it arrives, drafts your replies, offers a free slot for meetings, keeps track of follow-ups — and much more. The Over Achiever captures every commitment, clarifies it and files it in the right list.

Three products, one starting question.

“What does this actually change for the user?” If we can’t answer, we don’t build. Two of these products run on AI; the third doesn’t need it, and doesn’t have it. Each product has its own brand and its own site.

The AI, concretely

The three questions we get asked before signing.

It starts from your documents, not the web

It reads your already-validated answers, your winning submissions, your internal policies. Every suggestion shows the source it came from: you click, you check. An answer with no source is flagged as such.

Your data trains no model

Your documents and your emails serve only to produce your own answers. None of it feeds the training of a model — not ours, not our provider’s. Your data stays private: no other customer has access to it.

We don’t put it everywhere

Reading 112 questions and drafting 112 sourced answers is work for an AI. Choosing what matters to you today is not: The Over Achiever has none, and won’t get any for the sake of having some.

What we will never do.

A principle that costs nothing isn’t a principle. Four things we rule out, product by product, whatever the short-term gain.

How we work

We design, build and run our products ourselves. Three principles guide every decision, from the first observation to the removal of a feature.

What has no use is not built

Every feature starts with someone we watched lose time. A good idea with no observed use stays a good idea.

Keeping you in the app is a failure

We count the minutes the tool no longer takes from you, not the ones it does. A release that increases your time in the app has missed.

What no longer serves is removed

Removed from the product, not switched off in a settings menu. Software that forgets nothing ends up requiring training.

Let’s talk about what you’re trying to make simpler.

A real person reads it, and replies within 48 hours.
