These terms govern access to and use of Aurva Software’s corporate website. By browsing the site, you accept them. They do not apply to the products published by the company, which have their own terms.
Purpose of the site
This site presents Aurva Software, its approach and the products it publishes. It is provided for information only: it cannot be used to buy, create an account or subscribe.
Access to the site
The site is free to access for anyone with an internet connection; connection costs are the user’s responsibility. Aurva Software aims to keep it available at all times but is under no obligation to do so: it may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance or in the event of an incident at the hosting provider, without giving rise to any compensation.
Intellectual property
The structure of the site, its text, layout, graphic elements and images are the exclusive property of AURVA SOFTWARE. Any full or partial reproduction, publication or adaptation without prior written permission is prohibited, except for short quotations that credit their source. The Bodoni Moda typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
The names Adjurio, SmartEmails and The Over Achiever are distinctive signs belonging to Aurva Software. Other trademarks mentioned — in particular GTD® and Getting Things Done®, of the David Allen Company, as well as Gmail, Outlook, Chrome, Edge and Claude — belong to their respective owners; they are mentioned for descriptive purposes only and imply no partnership.

Aurva Software takes care that the information published is accurate. It remains indicative and may change without notice, especially a product’s features, availability or launch date. It is neither an offer nor a contractual commitment: the features and terms that apply are those published on each product’s own website.

The site links to the websites of the products published by Aurva Software, which are subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies. Linking to this site is permitted, provided it is not displayed inside another website and does not suggest any partnership with or endorsement by the company.

Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rules protecting consumers in their country of residence.
